The Fleetwood Area Youth Football program was established in 2003 and is open to boys and girls ranging from ages 5 to 12. Our program offers an opportunity to learn the competitive skills of blocking, tackling, and running. Along with these skills our coaches emphasize the importance of teamwork as well as good sportsmanship.
Our program participates in the Berks Area Youth Football League (BAYFL) where children are grouped by age, not weight. The league allows our program to give players the opportunity to play on a Saturday or Sunday team depending upon their experience and ability.
The Fleetwood Area Youth Cheerleading Association is an organization that teaches girls age 5 thru 12 the fundamentals of cheerleading. The program also teaches great spirit, good sportsmanship, and competitive cheerleading. Most importantly it teaches how to have fun and be a part of a team. By doing so this program has grown and received recognition for its hard work and dedication. By the strong will of our community, children, parents and school district this program will be around for many more years to come.
