2011 REGISTRATION DATES and INFORMATION
Middle School 5/6 Cafeteria

April 16th (9am - 12 noon)
April 19th (6pm - 8:30pm)
April 27th (6pm - 8:30pm) 

Note: There is a $10.00 late-fee for any child registering after the above dates.


All children ages 5-12 as of June 30, 2011 are invited to register.      
$40.00 Flag Football
$85.00 Tackle Football 
     
$35.00 Flag Cheerleading      
$70.00 Tackle Cheerleading
      
$25 volunteer fee due at registration (per family...not participant)

Finally, in an effort to offset the ever increasing costs associated with running this organization, we will be selling 'Lottery Calendars' at registration. We're asking every family to sell these calendars at a cost of $25 each. You may purchase them for yourself or sell them to someone.
You will get more information at registration.

NEW and RETURNING PLAYERS
...Please make a copy of your child's Birth Certificate for our files.  
All participants must also have an up-to-date physical form on file before practices start.
We must have both documents on file in order for your child to participate. 
Cheerleaders must be present at registration for fittings.
